Job Title:

*NEW* Extruder Operator Trainee

Summary:

Set up equipment and make all standard adjustments to start up. Run product in efficient productive manner. Responsible for quality and quantity of production, inspection of product, packaging and housekeeping around equipment. Prepare daily production report. Must be able to work ANY shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appearance, color and clarity of products.
  • Checks dimensions for accuracy (including width, gauge and length).
  • Positions and secures labels on products. Checks labels for accuracy.
  • Able to verify quality of product by camber and air checks.
  • Moves controls to position tool and workpiece in relation to each other, and to set specified feeds, speeds, and depth of cut.
  • Observes operation of machine and verifies conformance of machined workpiece to specifications.
  • Provide accurate daily production reports.

Job Title:

Customer Service Representative

Summary:

Serves as a product specialist and service liaison, providing best in class service to assist customers with solutions that best fit their needs while addressing any emerging customer concerns with accuracy and efficiency.

Department: ALECO by ES ROBBINS
Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone, e-mail and written correspondence.
  • Provide accurate verbal and written quotes to customers. Follow-up on outstanding quotes in a timely manner, involving management team members as necessary.
  • Provide accurate order status information as requested by customers and management team.
  • Accurate and timely order entry for direct sales and other customer groups as assigned with 24 business hours.
  • Ensure accurate processing of purchase orders including verification of custom specifications, product drawing preparation and any documentation required for operations. Apply appropriate follow-up as needed.
  • Serve as primary end-user contact regarding warranty issues and warranty replacement orders.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable department with researching and resolving claims, credits, and debits.
  • Maintain customer specific files.
  • Assist sales team in researching accounts, sales performance analysis, and preparing sales presentations.
  • Any additional duties and/or functions as required for the achievement of departmental and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 3-5 years’ experience in a dynamic, fast-paced customer service or customer contact environment preferred. Strong basic mathematical skills are required. Experience working with South American countries is highly desired.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS:  Must be able to speak Spanish fluently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be able handle customer concerns diplomatically with a business mindset.

  • COMPUTER SKILLS:  Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer. Ability to use or learn Epicor ERP, Goldmine CRM, and QuoteWerks systems a plus.

  • ORGANIZATIONAL:  Excellent organizational and follow-up skills required.
     
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT:  Must be able to sit for significant periods of time. Must be able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team atmosphere.

Summary:

Job Title:

Material Handlers

Summary:

Responsible for supplying operators with material and packaging supplies, helping operators start up, shut down machines and help package and inspect products when necessary.  Relieves operators for breaks, weighing, tagging and segregating materials, operating granulators safely and efficiently, cleaning and care of plant.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Primary
  • Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials, containers or products to be moved.  Opens containers.  Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand and/or moving devices/machines.

  • Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area. Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination or signals forklift drivers or hoisting operators to move load to destination.

  • Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together. Attached identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, batches, or other containers.

  • Clamps sections of portable conveyor together or places conveyor sections on blocks or boxes to facilitate movement of materials or products. Removes samples of materials, labels with identifying information, and takes samples to compound for analysis.

  • Lifts heavy objects by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators. Makes simple adjustments or repairs such as realigning belts or replacing rollers.
